- Your company capability profile, tender preferences and service feedback.
- Contract, invoice and payment-status information needed to deliver and account for the service. Payment credentials are handled by the selected regulated payment provider and are not stored on this website.
- Basic security and delivery data processed by our infrastructure provider when the website is requested, such as IP address, request time, device or browser information and requested page.
Purposes and legal bases
- To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a contract.
- To deliver, support and invoice the service under the customer agreement.
- To protect the website and prevent abuse based on our legitimate interests in secure operations.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising or analytics cookies are used on this website at launch. The site does not create user accounts, profile visitors or embed third-party marketing trackers. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before the technology is enabled.
Processors and transfers
Website content is delivered using Amazon Web Services. Email, invoicing and payment providers process data only as needed for those functions. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using an applicable transfer safeguard. A current list of material processors can be requested by email.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry correspondence is normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last substantive contact. Customer service records are kept for the relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the period required by Belgian law. Security records are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. We will directly notify active customers when a change materially affects their service data.
