The bottleneck

Finding a notice is easy. Qualifying it is expensive.

Public procurement portals surface opportunities, but they do not know your references, partner network, certifications, languages, delivery capacity or appetite for bid risk.

Belgian Tender Brief is designed to reduce the senior time spent opening weak matches and to bring credible opportunities forward while there is still time to act.

Sample signal · 4 August 2026

Three notices. Three different qualification questions.

These examples were discovered from official public-procurement sources. A paid brief is configured to one firm and adds the evidence, disqualifiers and unknowns needed for a decision.

Delivery

A small manual pilot before any long contract.

The first engagement validates whether our filtering saves useful time for your team. It is deliberately narrow and human-reviewed.

  1. 01

    Define your bid profile

We capture capabilities, target buyers, reference constraints, languages, geography, contract size and obvious no-go conditions.

  2. 02

    Filter daily notices

We monitor relevant Belgian public IT notices and suppress generic matches that do not fit the profile.

  3. 03

    Brief the strongest matches

Over 14 days, you receive daily matched notices and up to five written qualification briefs by email.

  4. 04

    Review the decisions

We close with a short review of useful-opportunity rate, false positives and whether continuing is commercially justified.

Inside each brief

Enough context to choose the next action.

The brief does not replace a bid manager or legal review. It gives the decision owner a compact first qualification pass.

01Scope and buyer

What is being bought and by whom.

02Fit rationale

Why it may match your stated capabilities.

03Disqualifiers

Requirements likely to block a credible bid.

04Evidence needed

References, certifications or partner status to confirm.

05Deadline risk

Submission timing and immediate dependencies.

06Go / no-go signal

A concise recommendation with open questions.

Paid validation pilot

Fourteen days to test whether the signal is useful.

Best suited to Belgian cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and custom-software firms that pursue public-sector work without a dedicated tender-intelligence team.

Practical questions

Clear boundaries before you buy.

Is this tender or legal advice?

No. The service is a first-pass commercial qualification aid. Your team remains responsible for verifying tender documents, eligibility, legal obligations and the final bid decision.

What happens before payment?

We confirm the target profile, delivery email, pilot start date and whether the scope is viable. If it is not a credible fit, we will not ask you to buy the pilot.

How is the pilot delivered?

By email over 14 consecutive calendar days from the agreed start date. Notices are sent when matched; up to five of the strongest matches receive full qualification briefs.

Does the pilot renew automatically?

No. It is a one-time B2B service. Any continuation, recurring service or new price requires a separate written agreement.

What if no suitable notice appears?

We still report the monitoring outcome and false-positive learning. The service pays for configured monitoring and qualification work, not a guaranteed tender volume or contract award.

Who provides the service?
